My name is Patrick Kelly and I’m a graduate of Technology University Dublin’s Game Design Course. I achieved my Bachelor’s of Arts degree in 2020, graduating with a First Class Honors.
I work primarily as a Mechanics Designer Level Designer with a focus on puzzle games and tower defense games, with some experience in roguelites too. From my design roles, I have created several Design Documents and QA testing documents.
I also work as a 3D Generalist, creating hardbody environmental pieces with experience in character pieces. I have experience in VFX, particularly in environmental effects and cinematics using Unity ShaderGraph and Cinemachine.
The software I use includes Unity, 3DS Max, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and Adobe Audition. In Unity, I am also familiar with different packages, such as ShaderGraph, VFX Graph and Cinemachine.
As part of Grannus Games, we achieved the award for Best In Team Performance for our game Zeph, from Games Fleadh 2020. We received it for best cooperation, communication and management during the design stages of the game.
